Hello to Big Len and the rest of the Bristol Rover fans who tune in to the web site on a regular basis. Brizzle summowse is a different lingo.
The election of the committee took place at the AGM, Gerald McArdle resigned the post of Treasurer after many years of good work steering the club on an even keel. I would like to thank Gerald for all his good work that he done and the endless hours that he has also put in behind the bar as well. The new committee is posted on the gents page with Stephen Kerr featuring prominently. You can view the directors on the gents page.
The short carpet season has now ended and the club had a very mixed year. The Ladies were runners up in the first division, the gents vets section were third bottom, the reserves were second bottom and the gents first team finished seventh. The only shining light was winning the Scottish Short Rink team game.
Next will be the outdoor season which will start around the 28th of April but the Veterans section will start on Wednesday the 21st of April.
